We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Distribution Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the Distribution Supervisor in managing the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our products. The Assistant Distribution Supervisor will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Who are we looking for?

• In possession of a school leaving certificate

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry

• Clean Police Conduct

• Experience in leading a team.

• Ability to read and write in Maltese and English

• Minimum of Driving Licence B

• Be computer literate.

• Be organised and self-motivated.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the distribution centre’s daily operations.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Supervise and support distribution staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Assist in analysing distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on distribution activities.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve distribution-related issues promptly.
